HOL and Sessions

Some news: Microsoft Communications Server “14” will be available in the second half of 2010 and have an opportunity to run Video Conferencing over IP in HD quality. Best of all the equipment is low-priced.

One breakout session I was on today spend my company for lot of money since we working on a project to take backup of a lot of data including Exchange 2010 database. The breakout session was “What’s New in Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2010” by Jason Buffington. You can read Jason’s blog her.

DirectAccess Configuration, Tips, Tricks, and Best Practices and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager v.Next Software Distribution was two others interesting session of many more I have been on today.

Microsoft Windows HPC Server 2008 R2 is second product I will take a closer lock at since this supercomputing software can be useful in data processing center from a management view.

I have also done some Hands-on Labs today, (HOL). One was “ Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) Overview” since we use TMG.
